New login procedure

The first time you log in with your usual login, i.e. the user ID and password that you use today. Click on "Log in".

You will then be asked to enter the details that will then apply as the login details to the New Toolstore.

If you receive the following message when you try to create a login:

"name@company.com is already registered to this account."

it means a colleague has already created a login using your old user ID. Contact your colleague to receive the new login details.

New features in the new Toolstore

The most obvious changes in the “New Toolstore” are the following:

Login using your own e-mail address and password of your choice. You can apply for a new password by e-mail if you have forgotten your password.
The start screen contains each business area’s (BA):
- offers (catalogue), always on the left, with associated chapter images
- information messages
- links to retailer information
- In addition, information can be shown about general “Toolstore-events”
The site is built with a “header mounted” function bar with drop-down lists.
All search hits, regardless of whether a keyword search or search in the catalogue hierarchy was performed, contain image + header + card catalogue text
Detailed images include:
- Tabs for different types of information about the current product
- Larger images
Order forms containing the “Header” and “Rows” on the same page
Search with AutoComplete = The system provides keyword suggestions as you type the first 3 letters

If you send comments, please also state the name of the browser you use, for example, MS Internet Explorer ver. 8.0. (Toolstore supports MS Internet Explorer ver. 8 and higher + Firefox and the Safari PC browsers)

If you have a problem with the login

If you are experiencing problems with the start page, such as very long response times, try to login at online.toolstore.com, this does not use Java or Flash.
If you are having problems with your login, send an e-mail to login@toolstore.com stating your customer number at any of our Business areas and your login and contact details and we will help you as soon as we can.

To manage end-users

When selecting the End-user option on the Administration tab you can manage price lists, information, passwords, etc. for your end-users.
